This is not just any wine tasting. It’s a rare opportunity to experience Adam Sjölin, Head Sommelier and Restaurant Manager at Mutantur, in a rare guest appearance outside his home base.
✨ About Adam & Mutantur
Born in Linköping with roots in Spain, Adam Sjölin is one of Sweden’s most respected sommeliers. After leading the teams at Bouchon in Malmö and Grand Hotel in Lund, he now runs the wine program and dining room at Mutantur – one of Malmö’s most iconic and forward-thinking restaurants.
Mutantur is the brainchild of Alex Sjögren, one of Sweden’s most creative chefs, and run by a passionate team known for pushing boundaries in flavor and presentation.
⚠️ Adam almost never does guest appearances. This is your chance to meet him up close and personal, hear his story, and taste the wines that inspire him – in an intimate and unique setting.
🍷 The Format – Spain vs Italy
Matteo and Adam will each secretly select 4 wines representing their respective countries. They will have the exact same budget, making it a fair and exciting duel of taste, style, and philosophy.
The wines will be poured blind in head-to-head rounds, and you, the guests, will vote for the winners. Expect strong opinions, laughter, and a bit of friendly trash talk.

"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
