Have you always wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta, filled pasta & colourful pasta from scratch but don't know where to start?Are you a passionate lover of Italian food? If your answer is yes, then this course is perfect for you!
Chiara will teach you how to master the art of making fresh pasta at home, starting from the basics. No prior experience or knowledge is required.
You will learn the secrets of creating a flawless pasta dough and shaping it into exquisite tagliatelle, for then focusing on making filled pasta like Ravioli, and then understanding hor to impress your guests with some unique colourful pasta!
But that's not all! Chiara will also provide you with invaluable tips on cooking pasta the authentic Italian way and how to make your home Friday's dinner memorable for your guests.
The course will end with a taste of homemade pasta.
