Step into the world of Italy’s most iconic wine territories – Tuscany and Piemonte – and discover what makes them both legendary, yet so different. From the rolling hills of Chianti to the misty slopes of Barolo, this evening is a celebration of contrast, character, and craft.
Join Matteo, certified Sommelier with international experience and a deep love for Italian wines, as he guides you through a blind tasting of 8 wines – 4 from Tuscany, 4 from Piemonte – poured in a playful face-off between two of Italy’s greatest regions.
Expect noble expressions like Barolo and Brunello, alongside hidden gems from small, passionate producers who put their hearts into every bottle.
Throughout the night, you’ll hear stories from Matteo’s years working as an ambassador for a historic Chianti Classico wine family, and his journeys through Piemonte’s vineyards – from world-famous estates to off-the-map treasures.
You decide which region wins your palate. Vote, taste, and discover how these two titans of Italian wine stack up in aroma, elegance, power, and charm.
The experience is paired with a seasonal 3-course Italian dinner, carefully curated to match and enhance the wines from both sides.

About Buono Food Wine Lab
"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
