Join us for a hands-on cooking class dedicated to seasonal Italian vegetarian dishes, where you’ll learn to prepare 5 authentic recipes perfect for cozy evenings and festive gatherings.
Led by our Italian chef Chiara, this class is designed for home cooks of all levels – whether you're a plant-based food lover or just looking for inspiration for your winter dinners.
We will be cooking a hearty seasonal starter, a soul-warming pasta dish, a rustic baked specialty, a comforting winter soup or stew, and classic Italian dessert to finish sweetly.
You'll cook side-by-side, learn tips and techniques, and enjoy your creations in good company with a glass of wine and a warm Italian welcome.

About Buono Food Wine Lab
"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
