In this hands-on winter workshop, Chiara – our expert Italian chef – will guide you through the art of homemade pasta, from mixing the perfect dough to shaping it into beautiful Tagliatelle, Farfalle, Maltagliati - You’ll create all three varieties in stunning, naturally coloured pasta, making the experience as visually inspiring as it is delicious.
You’ll also learn how to make two classic winter sauces – rich, hearty, and full of flavor – the kind of dishes that make dark evenings feel just a little brighter.
Of course, Chiara will share her best tips for cooking and serving pasta the Italian way, so you can turn your next winter dinner into something truly special.
We’ll end the class gathered around the table, enjoying the pasta you’ve made together – a true taste of Italy to warm up the season.
