As the summer fades, let’s celebrate the season’s last rays with the warm smell of fresh Italian bread, golden focaccia, and pizza straight from the oven!
Learn with Chiara, our talented chef, how to bake like a pro a real Italian pizza, some really good Italian bread or a terrific Focaccia!
The course is designed to follow along while you make it yourself. You will see what ingredients you will need, where to find them and how to use them.
If you feel it's time to master the choice of flour, the mixing of the dough and want to give memorable experiences to your future guests when they come over for an Italian pizza night at your place, or for some great bread & focaccia, then reserve your spot!
You’ll even get a dough to bring home to cook for the day after to test your newly acquired skills and impress your family and friends!

About Buono Food Wine Lab
"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
