Join Matteo, a certified Sommelier with international experience and a deep passion for Italian wines, as he guides you through a memorable tasting of 8 hand-picked Piemontese wines – each with a story, a personality, and a sense of place.
From noble Barolo and Barbaresco to lesser-known treasures made by small, independent producers, this tasting celebrates the heart of Piemonte’s winemaking culture – elegant, expressive, and full of character.
Matteo has spent years exploring Piemonte’s wine scene up close, visiting producers, walking the vineyards, and bringing wine lovers from the North of Europe to discover the region’s hidden gems and iconic labels alike. Now, he brings a taste of that magic to Malmö.
Throughout the evening, you’ll hear behind-the-label stories, meet the spirit of the region through the glass, and understand why Piemonte is a place where wine meets art, nature, and patience.
The tasting will be paired with a seasonal 3-course Italian dinner, thoughtfully crafted to complement the wines and enhance your experience.

About Buono Food Wine Lab
"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
