Join us for a cozy and festive hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn how to prepare a full Italian holiday menu that will bring warmth, elegance, and bold Mediterranean flavours to your Christmas table.
Led by our Italian chef Chiara, this special class will guide you through the preparation of a 5 courses Italian Christmas mas feast, using seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and a few secrets straight from Nonna’s kitchen.
Throughout the class, Chiara will share tips on how Italians celebrate Natale, from cozy family traditions to regional specialties – and how to recreate that magic at home.
Cherry on the top, you’ll get a glass of sparkling wine at arrival and one while tasting your creations!

About Buono Food Wine Lab
"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
