We will transform our tasting place in an Italian delicacies shop with gems that you won't find anywhere else in Sweden - come and take a look for finding your perfect Christmas present or Christmas basket!
Chiara’s family’s Panettone, Italian Christmas Sourdough Cake, made exclusively with sourdough and the finest ingredients: from Madagascar vanilla beans to traditional Belgian butter and additive-free soft wheat flour.
Each of our Panettoni takes 3 days of work and 42 hours of slow fermentation to make – but most importantly, it takes our secret ingredient… lots and lots of LOVE.
Cherry on the top, Chiara's famous pastries, sweets and cookies will be available as well!
"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
