COOKING COURSE | Pasta Course: Autumn Vibes

As the days grow cooler and the leaves turn golden, there’s no better time to gather around the table and cook something comforting from scratch.

Have you always wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta but didn’t know where to start? Are you a passionate lover of Italian food and slow, cozy dinners? Then this class is made for you.

In this hands-on workshop, Chiara – our expert Italian chef – will guide you through the art of fresh pasta making, from mixing the perfect dough to shaping it into beautiful tagliatelle, pappardelle, and gnocchetti.

You’ll also learn how to prepare two classic Italian sauces that pair beautifully with your handmade pasta – warm, rich, and full of flavour.

And of course, Chiara will share her best tips on how to cook and serve pasta like a real Italian, perfect for turning your next Friday night into something truly special.

A tasting of the pasta throughout the course will be offered, together with a glass of wine or alcohol free! You’ll even get some of your pasta to bring home to cook to test your newly acquired skills and impress your family and friends!
