Chiara’s family famous Italian Christmas Cake: the Panettone Soban.\ Ranked among theTop 30 in Italy for three years in a row, made with over 40 hours of long fermentation and only top-quality ingredients. You won’t stop eating it. Available in three flavours (Classico, Lemon & Rosemary, and with 3 kind of Chocolates) and in two sizes: 1 kg with a beautiful gift box or a smaller 500 g. Fresh truffle from Piedmont, sourced from an old hunter in the Alba district who has 10 dogs and 35 years of experience. Choose betweenTartufo Nero Pregiato (Black Winter Truffle) or the legendary White Truffle of Alba. We already supply top restaurants in southern Sweden — now you can enjoy them at home. Order in multiples of 50 g; we recommend about 15 g per person per dish. Pieces of at least 15 grams. Please note: 50 g is an approximate target weight. Since truffles vary naturally in size, it’s impossible to hit exactly 50 g. You will pay the actual weight of the truffle you receive, and will be requested to pay for the difference when receiving it, but we will of course do our very best to match your request as closely as possible. If you would like one big pepita (piece), let us know :-) Sobanella– Chiara’s family’s own artisanal spread, made with 70% IGP Piedmont hazelnuts and nothing but pure, natural ingredients.\ A silky, rich cream crafted in small batches, following the traditional methods of the Langhe region. Perfect on bread, pancakes, gelato, or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon. Once you try it, there’s no going back. And lastly, a remarkable small producer of Parmigiano Reggiano, crafting cheese exclusively from the milk of their two farms in a closed-cycle, family-run cooperative founded in the 1970s and now in its third generation. Join us for a truly special night where two passionate wine voices meet at the table for a tasting full of surprises, stories, and flavour. ​ Matteo, Buono's certified sommelier with international experience and deep roots in Italian wine and storytelling, will be joined by a special guest sommelier – Karin Ericson aka Grapewild is a sommelier and a food and wine writer who knows exactly what you should pour into your glass and where to pick up your fork in Malmö. She has written for publications such as Nöjesguiden, Metro, and White Guide, and you can now read her work in Winetable and Galore Wkd.   She also shares wine tips on her Instagram account Grapewild, regularly hosts tastings, and organizes food and wine trips! "Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink. In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
