



An early summer evening filled with flavour, fun, and the true taste of Italy!
Join us for a hands-on gelato-making class led by Chiara Soban, award-winning Italian pastry chef from the legendary Soban Gelateria (est. 1924). You’ll learn how to make real Italian gelato from scratch – from fresh ingredients to the perfect texture and flavour.
Chiara will teach you how to master the art of making Gelato at home, starting from the basics. No prior experience or knowledge is required. A unique chance to learn from a real “maestro" and learn how to make Gelato at home even without a Gelato machine!
After the class, we’ll unwind together with a cozy Italian-style aperitif, with some homemade memorable snacks & a spritz - and some gelato tasting, of course!

"Buono - Food&Wine Lab in Malmö" is a concept for cooking classes, team building activities, wine and beverage tastings, private events and dinners (e.g. bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, work meetings). Behind the curtains, we are Chiara&Matteo, an Italian couple in love with Malmö: a pastry chef together with a sommelier with a strong passion for food & drink.
In addition to that, “Buono” is also an Italian-inspired catering business with the production and sale of delicacies, such as Panettoni (Italian Christmas cake), cakes, pralines, cakes, various desserts and pastries, snacks and both sweet and savoury products.
